What is the action of KOJIC..

some says it can whiten the skin, but others says it can darken because it's acid. what's the real results in using this soap?

IM ALREADY USING a Kojic Soap and I don't know what would happen next. but I make sure that after every bath using this soap, i apply body oil or Vorgin Coconut Oil so that my skin won't dry up.

According to Wikipedia, it is "in cosmetics to lighten skin". It also says "Kojic acid also has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties", so it is good in soaps.

From the looks of it, it's not a strong enough acid to hurt your skin aside from the pigment.
