Have anyone tried the fever blister treatment Zilactin?

i got fever blister on the left n right side of my lip.... when i put ailactin on, it burns n it dries up my lip... then my skin started become whiten like pop out...is this normal or should i stop using it?
Have anyone tried the fever blister treatment Zilactin?this is normal, the idea of it is that it is going to dry out your lip heaps in order to get rid of the problem
