What does it mean if pimple..

My skin has always been under control, but for the past month, I've been getting zits on my forehead, cheeks, temples, and chin. Some of them don't even break through, but they still leave a dark spot. Why could that be, and is there a way to prevent it/treat it?

your probly stressed.... take some time and relax and get everything off your mind..... and dont touch your face...... and wash your face everyday..... dont use more then one product because your face could become irrated

use hot towels on your face like a wrap in the morning and use an astringent,use a skin lightener on the spots at bedtime
