On my legs I have small red..

I've had them all my life, it looks like dry skin, But I scrub all the time in the shower (3 times a week) and I've tried cream! I only want rid of them now because... we'll I'm at the age I want my body to be more attractive? I'm sure you'll all understand! I'm 17, I don't shave my legs yet! Because I'm scared of shreding them off, and I've scratched them off before, they do bleed! Most of them anyway! Any help? Some of my friends have them too!

My cousins had pimples really bad and they tried pine tar soap and it cleared them up in about two weeks.
