I am trying to remove whiteheads - closed comedones - (pimples under the skin) I have had them about eight years. I don't have acne and as I'm in my 30s I just want to spot treat these areas. Has anyone had success? Can anyone reccommend any other natural remedies. (No recommendations of expensive brand names thanks.)

I know the H2O2 will help keep pimples from happening. Don't know what it will do for comedones.

The peroxide will really dry your skin, so I wouldn't apply it too frequently.

I suggest those nose or forehead strips. They get the dirt away from under the skin. I think you should go to the dermitologist though. You've had the whiteheads for too long.

I have the same thing I just stuck a needle in them and squeezed out what was in there,,,They've been gone for over a yuear

Cucumber slices. A good rub of the slices on the face, for a few minutes, and the magic should start coming later.

I suggest 3 times a day.
