Minimal stress will help to reduce the risk of any illnesses as it keeps the immune system higher. Belief and will and good eating will help reduce stress factors. A little bit of stress is good to keep you energised though.

Some of these are related to the amount of insulin your body produces (according to the books I have read) and some may be due to a fungus that likes bodies who have an insulin imbalance.

I think there is hope, because I am striving to control the above two conditions in my body, and am hoping my weight loss and lower Ha1C test results are indicative of gradual success.

Many people have chronic illness and continue to strive for better health anyway possible, and for some it definitely does work at least it keeps them at a level keel.
