Found a lump???

I have very large breasts (38 I)and the other day I was giving myself my self exam, I found a lump. It's very close to the skin, and feels like one of those seed beads. I'm 26 years old. I'm just wondering, does cancer grow that close to the skin, and would it be that easily detected by me? I had my physical about 5 months ago, could it grow that fast? Last year my mom had lumps that weren't cancer, but had the potential of becoming cancer if they weren't removed. As far as I know, that's the only cancer scare that we've had in my family..Someone please help!!
Found a lump???It will probably turn out to be nothing, but it is better safe than sorry. Go to your doctor for an examination and tell him exactly what it is you fear. And, unfortunately the answer is yes . . cancer can grow inside the body, under the skin, or on top of the skin . . just about anywhere. Cancer also grows extremely fast . . five months is a long time in the cancer world . . so the fact nothing was there five months ago means nothing today . . that's how fast cancer can occur. My sons cancer can grow in as little as 28 days . . so take nothing for granted . . go have the lump checked out. Hopefully it will be nothing and the lesson you will learn is to always check every single odd lump or bump out as soon as possible.
Best to you.
