I read online that its possible to die from a sunburn...Wtf? How bad must a sunburn be in order from someone to die from it? Does it have to cover a large part of the body? Im not talking about cancer either. Also, can suntaned skin become burned, and if it does will it just look like a tan or will it look like a sunburn?
Death by sunburn, possible?Certainly possible.
Sunburns can result in SEVERE burns (even 3rd degree) from which the person may never recover, particularly if the burned areas become infected (and then, potentially, lead to sepsis). In addition, people on certain medication (doxycycline, for example) may burn MUCH faster and more severely than others.
Death by sunburn, possible?Death by sunburn... Maybe if you are allergic to the sun (there are people who are...)
You can get sunburned if you are tan. You will look like you have a darker tan with a pink/red tinge to it.
Death by sunburn, possible? It damn feels like it sometimes. Im from Queensland.
Sunburn capital of the world.
Death by sunburn, possible?rare case. protect your skin by using sunblock.
Death by sunburn, possible?A suntan is a burn, it's just the fact that it's a controlled burn. You should never tan without protection, meaning spf. If cancer doesn't get you, you can cook your insides. I've heard of this case in one of those tanning salon employees with an orange face. Your skin is your largest organ and damaging it is damage to your entire body.
