nothing provides complete protection except for staying out of the sun. wear a wide brimmed hat.

i am american indian and tan EASILY. i use bioelements products. all the products are spf 15 at least, but i use a cream (from face to toes after the shower) with spf 30. no breakouts. no feeling sticky. just soft with no after smell.

aveeno sun screen it does not leave your skin all oily it works good you can get it at walmart for about $10.00.
