Lost skin pigment?

On my stomach and back I have these white spots compared to the rest of my skin. During the summer I lay out in the sun all the time and then in the winter I start tanning in March. I think it might be lost skin pigment but Im not sure... They are permanant. Any advice as to how to make the disappear???

I HAVE THESE SPOTS!! THE are VITALAGO,( however you spell it). Micheal Jackson supposedly has this problem. They are permanent. I`ve had these spots since early childhood. I never tan on my wrist.

They wont go... Be careful of too much sunbathing.
