How to fix pigment skin pro..

my sister has discoloration on her neck and it looks like pigment problems. hwo to fix this?? any creams that really work?

Hmm I don't know about the neck. I use Dove Energy glow face wash system on my face to even out my skin tone and it works really well so maybe it would work on the neck too.
