Facial pigment trouble????

I had bad acne on both cheeks and i was put on accutane. The pimples went away, but my dermatoligist says that the marks left are from the pimples. He says that the pigment is changed, but it will change back eventually. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to speed up that. Like get rid of all these marks. please help

If your doctor says it'll change back, it will.

You can try uses a scar fading gel like Mederma, which can be found at drugstores.
