Question about makeup/rosac..

i have rosacea and really oily skin but a few days ago i tried out a different kind of makeup from maybeline called dream matte powder. the first time i put it on, my skin looked perfect. it covered everything and my face never once was oily or looked red at all, until today. the oiliness still isnt there but i've struggled all day to keep reapplying foundation to hide the redness. i use metrogel and i forgot to put it on last night before bed, i was so tired that i just fell asleep with my makeup on. was this just an off day or will the redness come back completely?

If you continue to use your metrogel, the rosacea will calm back down again in a few days.

"Set" the dream matte mousse with a powder, it will last longer. After you put on the foundation, apply a layer of pressed or loose powder.

If you are really red in the morning,try putting on a yellow-toned concealer over the red parts, physicians formula makes a good one available at most drugstores, then your foundation, then powder.

If you ever need to upgrade to a heavier makeup to cover your redness CoverFX is available at some Nordstroms and it really covers redness well. Of course it is much more expensive than Maybelline ... Good luck!
