HELP !!! fat coming out?

don't freak out, this is normal. All it is is oil, dirt, & dead skin that get trapped in your pores. You can have a professional facial, but you will have to go back once a week because it will never stop, espiacally if you already have oily skin. All you can do is wash your face at least 2x a day. Try not to use an astringent or other oil drying soap all the time because then your body starts to make more oil to replace what you are drying up and that will cause even more "fat" to accumalate in your pores. Try to keep your hands off your face also, this wil ljust keep extra dirt off. I like the Biore pore strips. They get expensive, but you only really have to use them a couple of times a week, so 1 box should last you about a month.

No no you're completely WRONG! It's not fat, lo xD. It's stuff coming out of your pores. It's basically Dead Skin Cells that settled in your pores and when too much settles in one pore, it's really usual for it to come out. If you don't want that stuff on your nose, I advise a facial. They remove it professionaly for an affordable price AND don't leave scars. If you're going to do that whole thing at home, you probably will end up with scars.

HELP !!! fat coming out?

What is coming out of your pores is called SEBUM, a combination of oils, dirt, and dead cells. This is completely normal, especially during puberty. Normal washing is about all you can do, perhaps lessening the amount of oils and fat in your diet may help, (Stay away from deep-fried stuff) and switching to one of those skin-scrubbing soaps, the ones that have a bit of abbrasive in them.
