Remove outer layers of faci..

On my face, I have extensive dry cracked and/or scarred patches caused from picking my face for a number of years.

They are not discoloured, but they are very shiny and noticable. I have a theory that they will go away if the outer layers of my skin is removed. Do you have any suggestions on how to remove the patches at home. Home remedies most welcome.

don't use st. ives too abrasive. i suggest goldport beauty products. buy the epidermx microdermabrasion system. don't scrub too hard!!! you could make your conditon worse.
